Trainee Lab Program:
Help Us Train New Cleaning Professionals!
Are you flexible with your cleaning schedule and looking for a great deal? Our Trainee program is a win-win! You’ll receive discounted cleaning services while providing valuable hands-on experience for our trainees by letting them use your home as their lab to practice their skills.
How it Works:
- Partial Cleanings: Trainees will focus on specific areas of your home (bathrooms, kitchen, or dusting/living areas) during each session, ensuring focused learning to get every detail perfect. You’ll still get a whole-home cleaning as they clean one area each week and do a final clean of your entire home as they end training, but the cost is much lower in return for letting us use your home as our practice lab.
- Supervised Learning: Trainees will be closely supervised by our experienced team members, especially in the beginning. As they progress and perfect their skills, supervision will become less direct, but all work will be checked and corrected as needed by an experienced and skilled cleaner.
- Flexible Scheduling: We’ll contact you when we have new trainees and need practice homes. When we open a new training session, we will send an email out to our Trainee Lab client list to check for availability. There are no restrictions if you want to participate in each training session or if you just want a cleaning once a year, so this program is ideal if you have a flexible schedule.
- Ideal for: Those who need occasional help keeping up with cleaning, appreciate the idea of having a cleaner but are budget-conscious, and have a flexible schedule.

Secret Shopper Program:
Become a Quality Control Champion and Save!
Do you have an eye for detail and want to help us maintain the highest standards? Our Secret Shopper program offers discounted cleaning in exchange for your valuable feedback.
How it Works:
- Regular Cleanings: Receive regular cleanings as you normally would, all year at a frequency that works for you.
- Provide Feedback: You’ll be asked to be home to greet our team at their arrival, to observe our team during the cleaning (either in person or via home cameras), and complete a detailed evaluation checklist afterward. We will provide the checklist and instructions for evaluating areas such as the cleanliness of your home and the professionalism of our team (e.g., proper attire, friendly greetings, and care & attention to your home).
- Flexible Scheduling: While flexibility is still appreciated, we aim to schedule 1-2 Secret Shopper homes per week. This program offers more regular cleaning opportunities than the Trainee House program, and you can participate at a frequency that works for you.
- Ideal for: Those who are detail-oriented, have time to evaluate our team on cleaning days and provide feedback, and want to play an active role in ensuring top-quality service.
